We specialize in the production of lightning & braking systems connectors and coils, electrical and pneumatic assembly, harnesses production, supplying advanced telematics solutions for OEM’s and fleets and injection moulding. Our products are dedicated to trucks and trailers, passenger cars, agriculture machinery and military vehicles but our capabilities are unlimited. A modern assembly line consisting of several manual, automated and robotic connected stations.
Injection moulding
Phillips injection moulding department, covering an area of 1,200 m2, along with the accompanying infrastructure, such as our warehouse spanning 2,000 m2, enables us to provide customers with the highest level of service. Our machine park consists of 22 injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 250 kN to 6500 kN.
R&D
Our R&D team works in research, design, prototyping, testing and optimization. In addition to constant product improvement, our engineers provide design support for our customers.
